Whole Wheat Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. canola oil

METHOD

  • Whisk together flour, salt & baking powder in a large bowl
  • In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, milk & oil until well combined
  • Add the dry mixture to the wet
  • Mix together just until well-blended
  • Cook on a pre-heated waffle iron until done

Serve with maple syrup or topped with Fruit and Ice Cream
