INGREDIENTS
1 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. canola oil
METHOD
- Whisk together flour, salt & baking powder in a large bowl
- In a separate large bowl, beat eggs, milk & oil until well combined
- Add the dry mixture to the wet
- Mix together just until well-blended
- Cook on a griddle pre-heated to 375°
