Salmon with Mushrooms & Cream


4-6 portions salmon fillets
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
250ml 35% cream


  • Bake Salmon in a preheated 375° oven 17-20 minutes until cooked through
  • Meanwhile, sauté garlic over medium heat (1-2 minutes) until beginning to soften. Do not let it brown
  • Add mushrooms & sauté until soft
  • Add cream & stir to heat through
  • Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat
  • When slightly thickened, remove from heat
  • Plate each piece of salmon individually & pour sauce over each piece

Serve with rice or broad egg noodles
