Dairy-Free Banana “Ice Cream”


Per serving:

1 frozen banana*, sliced in rounds
1-2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)

* to freeze: peel, wrap tightly in plastic wrap & freeze until firm


  • Place frozen rounds (DO NOT THAW!) in a mini-chop (mini food processor)
  • Pulse until resembles coarse crumbs
  • If adding nuts, add now & pulse until well combined
  • Remove with a spoon or spatula & serve immediately

Looks, feels & tastes like ice cream!
No milk, no added sugar
Should be consumed right away…it doesn’t melt “pretty”! Do not re-freeze
