INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower, cut into florets, or 1 500g bag frozen cauliflower
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. French’s French fried onions (available in the salad dressing section at Loblaws)
Non-stick spray
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Spray an 8×11 baking dish
- Place cauliflower in dish
- Spoon mushroom soup (straight out of can-do NOT add water) over top, covering as much cauliflower as possible
- Sprinkle onions evenly over top
- Bake until cauliflower is tender (approx 30-35 minutes)
