INGREDIENTS
1 side of salmon
Cajun seasoning ( I use Paul Prudhomme Blackened Redfish Magic-Amazing!)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Place salmon fillet on parchment-lined cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning to taste (For half-half salmon, sprinkle only over half the salmon)
- Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
