Back-To-School Self Care Tips for Moms {Breakfast Television}

For my segment this morning on Breakfast Television, I had an extra-special treat, being able to chat with both Joanne Vrakas and Natasha Gargiulo on the BT couch 🙂

Our topic was how Back-To-School can mean ‘getting back to yourself’ for Mom 🙂

Moms are not often  great at self-care, and yet experts will tell you that those who take better care of themselves can take better care of others. With the kids out of the house and back to school, the opportunity to dedicate some time to self-care is real.
