Instant Pot Ultra – This is the ‘Ultra’ model of the Instant Pot that has taken the Internet by storm.  It is a 6-QT model and offers new features:

• altitude adjustment, cooking indicator, and a steam release reset button
• The Ultra button for custom programming
• sterilize, cake and egg programs

If you’ve been wanting an Instant Pot and realize that it is sold out everywhere- maybe that’s just because The Instant Pot ULTRA was destined to be in your kitchen 😉

Since I have not tried this increasingly popular appliance, I can tell you that I am planning to. I am just caught between the Ultra 6 QT and the Instant Pot Duo 8QT. I like the choose your own temperature feature on the Ultra but am thinking that we could use the 8QT.  That said, the 8 QT likely takes up more space … I’ll let you know when I decide!
