I have gotten A LOT of requests to do more video so I decided that spring is the perfect time to launch something new 🙂 I will be broadcasting”LIVE for 5″ every week on the montrealmom.com FB page – Tuesdays at 10 AM.  So tune in live!  It’s also an opportunity to ask questions, should you wish to:)

So what will I talk about? Things going on in the city, great products or services, or even whipping up a quick recipe. I will try to share what’s new & great on the blog, in case you missed it. I may even share some personal stuff about how I’m doing with my own goals, etc.  I guess it’s like the content you’d expect on the blog but via LIVE video 🙂
