Installation Day! Kitchen Reno Part 5

The last video I shared was of Template Day, about 2 weeks ago.

Following Template Day, we were sent an awesome powerpoint via email that mapped out our slab onto our counters so that we could see exactly how and where the veining would appear. I was actually unsure about one particularly prominent vein in the middle of the counter so I mentioned it and they re-mapped the counter for me!

Once ordered, we waited….and then Installation Day finally arrived! I captured some of the process on camera for you 🙂

There will still be some work to be done but at least you can see my kitchen with the new counters installed! They worked beautifully and my absolute favourite part was watching how they created the seam! (yes, you can see it on the video!)

Check out the whole process:

Wishing you a day where something you’ve been dreaming about is realized 🙂
