GARLIC SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 head garlic, peeled
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c.)
1 Tbsp olive oil

METHOD

  • Place garlic & salt together in a mini-chop/processor.
  • Process until fine. You may have to push sides down & process a second time
  • Add lemon juice & olive oil
  • Purée
  • DONE!

Excellent accompaniment to chicken or beef.
