INGREDIENTS
1 head garlic, peeled
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c.)
1 Tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- Place garlic & salt together in a mini-chop/processor.
- Process until fine. You may have to push sides down & process a second time
- Add lemon juice & olive oil
- Purée
- DONE!
Excellent accompaniment to chicken or beef.
