Product Description

This recall involves select Tera Gear® Padded Folding Chairs with UPC code 058703406643.

The chair has a grey metal frame with reclining seat back connected to two handles and a multi coloured patterned padded cushion.

Hazard identified

The chair’s armrests may dislodge during use, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Health Canada has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.

Loblaws Companies Limited has received 2 consumer incidents with injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.

Number sold

Approximately 9,600 units of the recalled chairs were sold at Loblaw Companies Limited banner stores across Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled product was sold from March 2016 to August 2016.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.
