The chair has a grey metal frame with reclining seat back connected to two handles and a multi coloured patterned padded cushion.
The chair’s armrests may dislodge during use, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Health Canada has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.
Loblaws Companies Limited has received 2 consumer incidents with injuries to Canadians related to the use of this product.
Approximately 9,600 units of the recalled chairs were sold at Loblaw Companies Limited banner stores across Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to any Loblaw banner store for a full refund (a receipt is not required).
