DISNEYNATURE’S BORN IN CHINA: YOU COULD WIN ONE OF 4 DOUBLE PASSES TO THE ADVANCED SCREENING! {GIVEAWAY}

When our family visited Walt Disney World this past February, because we were there as part of the Disney’s Social Media Moms Celebration, we were treated to a special screening of Disneynature’s Born In China.  To be 100% truthful, we weren’t expecting much.

Were we ever surprised!

I don’t want to spoil anything, but I will say ‘ True Life Adventure film’ is not code for ‘documentary’ – It really is a ‘true life adventure’. I say this because you are watching a story, actually three different stories, narrated by John Krasinski (“13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi,” NBC’s “The Office,” “Amazon’s “Jack Ryan”).

You suddenly find yourself connecting with these families of pandas, golden monkeys and snow leopards.  Not only does it grab your attention, but you find yourself wondering what will happen next to these animal characters with whom you have surprisingly formed a connection.

Following the stories of three animal families, the film transports you to some of the most extreme environments on Earth to witness some of the most intimate moments ever captured in a nature film. A doting panda bear mother guides her growing baby as she begins to explore and seek independence. A two-year-old golden monkey who feels displaced by his new baby sister joins up with a group of free-spirited outcasts. And a mother snow leopard—an elusive animal rarely caught on camera—faces the very real drama of raising her two cubs in one of the harshest and most unforgiving environments on the planet. Featuring stunning, never-before-seen imagery, the film navigates China’s vast terrain—from the frigid mountains to the heart of the bamboo forest—on the wings of red-crowned cranes, seamlessly tying the extraordinary tales together.

During our special screening, the audience laughed and cried because the film has some very funny as well as some very touching and sensitive moments.

Feel like watching the trailer?  Here it is 🙂

Disneynature’s Born In China opens in theatres on April 21st, 2017 .  The film is directed by accomplished Chinese filmmaker Lu Chuan, and produced by Disney’s Roy Conli and renowned nature filmmakers Brian Leith and Phil Chapman.

I recommend sharing this experience with your family.
